The Faculty of Life Sciences focuses on natural science competences. The diversity of subjects includes areas such as biotechnology, nutrition, health, agriculture, food, sustainability, quality management and the environment and offers an interdisciplinary platform for a first professional qualification after the Bachelor's degree as well as research-oriented training in the Master's area.   • Participation in the design of platform independen web-based interactive real-time tutorials (HTML-5) in the third party funded project SmartLabOER
  • Development of an editor for the simplified set-up of tutorials
  • Implementation and evaluation of the tutorials in lab courses in the field applied microbiology in English and German study courses
  • Set-up, harmonization and adoption of teaching material in the learning platform moodle
  • Collaboration with staff of partners and the central unit


  • Bachelor in informatics or web design related study courses or bachelor in natural science / engineering related study course with at least basic knowledge in informatics or Web design
  • Experience in HTML-5 of advantage
  • At least basic knowledge in at least one web-related programming language like JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Experience in the set-up of Web-based content of advantage
  • Experience in the set-up and maintenence of servers of advantage
  • Good Englisch skills (B2-level), German skills (B1-level)
  • Organised, structured and independent approach to work, as well as excelllent analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
